I am a certified teacher of Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa (RYT 200 Yoga Alliance), Yin Yoga (RYT 50 Yoga Alliance), and a trained Breath Coach®. 
My background includes diplomas in ballet, contemporary dance, and Indonesian dance and music, as well as years of experience teaching and performing Argentinian tango. 

This multidisciplinary foundation gives me a deep understanding of the body, movement, and alignment. I bring this knowledge into every class I teach, offering precise instructions, thoughtful sequencing, and a strong emphasis on building solid foundations in each posture. 
My approach focuses on proper alignment, deep stretching, and accessible modifications so that every student—whether beginner or experienced—can practice safely and confidently.

I offer an expert and personalized approach to yoga, creating a space where students feel supported, guided, and encouraged to explore their practice with awareness and intention.
